Shipping & Return Policy

Returns

At Aurelia Lane, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed clothing items with original tags attached and original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins on the date your tracking information shows the order as delivered.
  • Once your return request is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days.
  • For orders shipped in multiple packages, the 7-day return window begins after the final package has been delivered.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be denied.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or the item arrived damaged.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. After your return has been inspected and processed, Aurelia Lane will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates & lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Open-pack wholesale orders
